Gravado no último sábado (16), o MTV Movie & TV Awards foi transmitido ontem (18). O evento que premia os melhores filmes e séries do ano teve como grande vencedor da noite o filme Pantera Negra que ganhou em 4 categorias das 7 em que estava concorrendo, incluindo Melhor Performance em um Filme, para Chadwick Boseman; Melhor Herói, também para Chadwick Boseman; Melhor Vilão, para Michael B. Jordan e Melhor Filme, vencendo inclusive os filmes Vingadores: Guerra Infinita e Mulher-Maravilha.
Entre as séries, Stranger Things continua sendo vencedora absoluta, a série levou 3 prêmios, o de Melhor Série, Performance mais Perturbadora para Noah Schnapp e Melhor Performance em uma Série de TV para Millie Bobby Brown.
Millie não pode ir, mas gravou um vídeo agradecendo o reconhecimento e falando sobre cyberbullying. “Se você não tem nada de bom para dizer, apenas não diga. Não deve haver espaço neste mundo para o bullying, e eu não vou tolerar isso”, disse.
O homenageado da noite foi Chris Pratt que levou o Prêmio Geração MTV, que elege um astro com base em suas contribuições para o cinema e a TV.
No tapete vermelho, looks monocromáticos, fendas e texturas foram destaque.

Recorded last Saturday (16), the MTV Movie & TV Awards was broadcast yesterday (18). The big winner in the event that honors the best films and series of the year was Black Panther that won in 4 categories of the 7 it was competing, including Best Performance in a Movie, for Chadwick Boseman; Best Hero, also for Chadwick Boseman; Best Villain, for Michael B. Jordan and Best Movie, winning even the films Avengers: Infinite War and Wonder Woman.
Among the series, Stranger Things remains the absolute winner, the series has won 3 awards, Best Show, Most Frightened Performance for Noah Schnapp and Best Performance in a Show for Millie Bobby Brown.
Millie was unable to attend the event, but she recorded a video thanking recognition and talking about cyberbullying.
The night honoree was Chris Pratt who won the MTV Generation Award, which elects a star based on his contributions to film and TV.
On the red carpet, monochromatic looks, slits and textures were highlighted.
