Mal começou o ano e Bruno Mars já está com clipe novo circulando. O cantor divulgou hoje (4) o vídeo da versão remix de Finesse, faixa de seu álbum “24K Magic", em parceria com a rapper Cardi B.
O clipe tem a pegada retrô característica de Mars. Mergulhando ainda mais fundo em referências aos anos 90, o cantor parece ter ido buscar inspiração em grandes séries da época para compor o visual do vídeo que foi dirigido por ele.
Ao final do clipe, Mars dedica o vídeo a uma de suas séries de TV favoritas “In living color”, famosa na década de 1990.
E para quem adorou o estilo, vale saber que a série foi responsável por introduzir o rap e o hip-hop à cultura da época, com números de dança a cada episódio.
"In living color” era uma espécie de "Saturday Night Live" dos anos 90 e foi a porta de entrada para grandes atores como Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, Damon Wayans, Marlon Wayans e Kelly Coffield, até Jennifer Lopez deu o ar da graça dançando no show.
E apesar do novo clipe de Bruno Mars ter sido dedicado a essa série em específico é impossível não se lembrar de uma outra série de grande sucesso na época, "The Fresh Prince of Bel-air" (Um Maluco no Pedaço). Exibida de 1990 até 1996, a série foi responsável por revelar o ator Will Smith. E só de assistir os créditos da série parece que estamos de volta à 1990:
Os anos 90 podem até ser subestimados pela moda, mas que a cultura da época é incrível ninguém pode negar.

The year has barely begun and Bruno Mars has already released a new music video. The singer shared today (4) the video of the remix version of Finesse, track of his album "24K Magic", in partnership with rapper Cardi B.
The clip keeps the retro style, so characteristic in Bruno's career. Looking for references in the 90s, the singer seems to have sought inspiration in major series of the time to compose the visual of the video that was directed by him.
At the end of the clip, Mars dedicates the video to one of his favorite TV series "In Living Color", famous in the 1990s.
And for those who loved the style, it is worth knowing that the series was responsible for introducing rap and hip-hop to the culture of the time, with dance numbers each episode.
"In Living Color" was a kind of "Saturday Night Live" from the 90s and was the starting point to great actors like Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, Damon Wayans, Marlon Wayans and Kelly Coffield, even Jennifer Lopez used to dance at the show.
And although the new clip by Bruno Mars has been dedicated to this particular series it is impossible not to remember another hit series at the time, "The Fresh Prince of Bel-air".
