Há muito tempo a moda vinha ignorando mulheres com mais de cinquenta anos em suas capas e editoriais, mas felizmente essa escolha vem sendo questionada pela indústria que notou que não há nada mais fashion do que uma mulher feliz e realizada independente da idade.
Em dezembro, a Vogue americana, de olho na tendência, já havia colocado a musa Meryl Streep como capa de sua edição especial comemorativa pelos 125 anos da revista e, agora, dando voz ao movimento a Vogue brasileira trouxe na capa deste mês a decoradora Alba Noschese, de 74 anos, esbanjando beleza.
Em outubro passado, a revista já havia levantado a bandeira ao publicar um especial de beleza pós-50 anos defendendo o fim do uso do termo anti-aging na indústria, visto que envelhecer é um privilégio e deve ser encarado como tal.
Provando que esse de fato é um conceito em alta no mundo da moda a Vogue britânica publicou em janeiro em seu canal no YouTube as lições de vida da diva Helen Mirren.
E se nada disso te convenceu de que essa é a tendência do momento sugiro que conheça a fabulosa Lyn Slater, a influencer de 64 anos, que comanda o blog Accidental Icon e que possui uma atitude que mostra que a idade não passa mesmo de um número.
