Vida Longa e Próspera à Gucci

Não é de hoje que a Gucci vem chamando a atenção por seu status cool, aliás isso vem acontecendo desde que Alessandro Michele assumiu a direção criativa da marca. Sua fórmula para o sucesso parece vir de um mix de referências do passado e de uma ideologia futurista que convivem harmoniosamente em coleções desejo.

Para sua nova campanha (outono/ inverno 2017) a Gucci não poderia ter acertado mais, foi buscar inspiração nos filmes e séries de ficção científica de sucesso dos anos 50 e 60, principalmente nas aventuras do capitão James T. Kirk abordo da USS Enterprise na série clássica Star Trek, retomando uma estética que só esse sci-fi conseguia, reunindo passado e futuro em um mesmo ambiente, uma característica tão presente na atual Gucci.

Agora só nos resta aguardar ansiosamente pelo próximo passo de Michele, mas pelo que vimos até agora parece que ele está mesmo audaciosamente indo onde nenhum homem jamais esteve.

It is not of today that Gucci has been calling attention to its cool status, in fact this has been happening since Alessandro Michele took over the creative direction of the brand. His formula for success seems to come from a mix of past references and a futuristic ideology that coexist harmoniously in desirable collections.

For its new campaign (Fall / Winter 2017), Gucci couldn't be more right, the brand sought inspiration from the films and science fiction series of the 50s and 60s, especially the adventures of Captain James T. Kirk aboard the starship USS Enterprise at classic Star Trek series, resuming an aesthetic that only this sci-fi could achieve, bringing together past and future in the same environment, a characteristic so present in the new Gucci.

Now we can only wait anxiously for Michele's next step, but from what we have seen so far it seems that he is already boldly going where no man has gone before.
